These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Rolefora (the “Service”), operated by GASAN MANSOUR OMER BAKHIT, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

This document is a product-stage draft prepared ahead of public launch and payment provider review, and will be reviewed further before full public launch.

1. Service description

Rolefora is an AI-assisted career platform. It helps you build and improve resumes and cover letters, analyze resumes against job descriptions, identify skill gaps, estimate salary ranges, practice for interviews, receive career guidance, discover matched opportunities, and track job applications.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information on behalf of another person.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or data.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to circumvent the security of the Service.
• Use automated means to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond your own account's normal use.

4. AI-generated content

Rolefora uses artificial intelligence to help analyze, write, and optimize career materials, and to provide career guidance. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing any AI-generated content before relying on it or sending it to a third party (such as a prospective employer). Rolefora does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

5. No outcome guarantees

Rolefora is a preparation and productivity tool. We do not guarantee any employment outcome, including but not limited to interview invitations, applicant tracking system acceptance, job offers, salary outcomes, or employment itself. Career and hiring outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

6. Subscriptions

Paid plans (such as Rolefora Pro) are billed on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.

7. Rolefora Credits

Rolefora Credits are one-time purchases separate from any subscription plan. Credits are applied to your account and used only for eligible operations after your plan's included monthly quota (if any) has been used. Purchasing credits does not create or modify a subscription, and credits do not replace subscription entitlements.

8. Billing and payment

Payments may be processed by our authorized payment provider, including Paddle, who acts as merchant of record for applicable transactions. By making a purchase, you also agree to that provider's applicable terms.

10. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service reliably available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, including during maintenance or as the product evolves.

11. Intellectual property

Rolefora, its branding, and the underlying software are owned by GASAN MANSOUR OMER BAKHIT. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what is needed to use the Service as intended.

12. Your content

You retain ownership of the resumes, documents, and other content you upload or create through the Service. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you (including AI processing described in our Privacy Policy).

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms, unlawful use, or to protect the security or integrity of the Service.

14. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rolefora and GASAN MANSOUR OMER BAKHIT are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any career or employment outcome.

15. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may update these Terms or the Service from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we make material changes.
